Refund Policy
Free trial
Cafizio POS offers a 15-day free trial with all features and no card required. We encourage you to test it fully before buying — the trial is the same product you would purchase.
Lifetime license
A license is tied to one device. If the license has not been activated on a device, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a license is activated, it is non-refundable, because the full product was available to test for free beforehand.
Cloud subscription packs
Packs are prepaid for a fixed period and do not renew automatically. An unused pack (no remote-monitoring access consumed) may be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Packs that have started are non-refundable.
Duplicate or accidental charges
Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Email contact@cafizio.com with your order number and device ID. Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Orders are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which may also handle the refund on our behalf.
