Works offline
Every sale is saved on the device first, so the register keeps working without internet and uploads its data when a connection returns.
One PIN per person
Each employee signs in with their own 4-digit PIN, so every sale, expense and shift is credited to the right person.
Prints on your printer
Customer and internal tickets print on standard thermal printers over USB, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth or a built-in printer.

Set up your shop
- Set up your shopReceipt settings, cash drawer, delivery and cashier options — configure Cafizio before your first customer.
- Products and menuCreate categories, add products with prices and photos, track stock and import your whole menu from Excel.
- Staff, PINs and rolesAdd employees, give each a unique 4-digit PIN, and choose their role and permissions.
