Check on your cafe without being there
A phone app for owners — follow the data your register uploads to the cloud, from anywhere.
Runs on your phone (Android and iOS) — separate from the POS, which runs on tablets and terminals
Shows the data your register has uploaded, so the register must be linked to the cloud and online
Optional: not required to use the Cafizio POS at all
Prepaid cloud packs that do not renew automatically; 3 months included with every license
A separate app from the register itself
The Cafizio POS — the cashier app used at the counter — runs on tablets and POS terminals only, not phones. The Manager app is a different, separate app made for a phone, so an owner can check in without needing a tablet on hand.
What it shows
The sales, stock and staff information your register has uploaded to your cloud account. Because the register uploads when it is online and linked, the Manager app reflects what has been synced, which can lag behind the counter if the connection is down.
Optional, and never required for the POS to work
The Cafizio POS license is a one-time purchase with no subscription. Remote monitoring is sold as cloud packs, prepaid for a fixed number of days, that do not renew automatically; when a pack ends, remote monitoring pauses and your POS keeps working. Every license includes 3 months at no extra cost.
common questions
Is the Manager app the same as the cashier app used at the register?
No. The cashier app (the POS itself) runs on tablets and terminals only. The Manager app is a separate app for a phone, built for remote monitoring, not for taking orders.
Do I have to pay for the Manager app to use Cafizio?
No — the Cafizio POS license is a one-time payment and works without the Manager app. Remote monitoring is an optional add-on, bought as a prepaid pack that does not renew automatically.
Is there a free period for the Manager app?
Yes — every license includes 3 months of the cloud subscription at no extra cost.
