Reports are calculated on the device from the orders, expenses and salaries you have entered, so they work offline and include each order as soon as it is confirmed.
What Net Profit means
Net Profit is sales minus expenses, salaries and delivery fees for the period. Cafizio does not record the purchase cost of products, so it is a business-level result rather than a margin per product.
By shift and by cashier
Filter the admin reports by cashier, print the daily shift report, and use Print & Clear to close a shift. Each closed shift is kept with its sales, expenses and order count.

Do reports need the internet?
No. Reports are computed on the register from its local data.
Can I see profit per product?
No. Cafizio records the selling price and the stock of each product but not its purchase cost, so Net Profit is calculated at business level.
Can I see results by shift or by employee?
Yes — filter by cashier and review the saved shift sessions.
