Roles that actually limit access
Cashier accounts cannot open the workspace settings or the admin reports. For managers and admins you switch on only what each person needs: access to settings, expenses, salaries or inventory.
Shifts as a real record
Each cashier's shift runs from their last Print & Clear to the next. Closing it prints the shift report and saves the session with its sales, expenses and order count, so you can see what each shift produced — not just the day's total.
Attendance without extra steps
Signing in with a PIN clocks the employee in and signing out clocks them out. The Working Hours screen shows the hours worked.

Do all employees share one login?

Can I restrict what a cashier is allowed to do?
Yes. A cashier cannot open settings or the admin reports, and you give managers and admins only the permissions they need.
Can I see how much each employee sold?
Yes. Reports can be filtered by cashier, and each closed shift is saved with its sales, expenses and number of orders.
