Use the hardware you already have
Cafizio prints to standard thermal receipt printers and to the built-in printers of common POS terminals — no proprietary hardware to buy or rent.

Receipts print in English or French
No hardware lock-in
Cafizio works with commonly available point-of-sale hardware rather than a branded device. If you already own a standard thermal printer or a supported POS terminal, you can usually keep using it.
Receipts that carry real order detail
Printed receipts include the order breakdown and, for delivery orders, the customer's details and the delivery fee. You can add your shop name, a welcome message, a footer message, your Wi-Fi details as a QR code and review links.
Language on paper
Thermal printers cannot print Arabic characters, so receipts and reports print in English or French — you choose in Receipt Settings — even when the app itself is in Arabic or Spanish.
A second printer for the kitchen
Add a kitchen printer in Receipt Settings. The internal ticket prints there, with prices shown or hidden as you prefer.
common questions
Do I need to buy special hardware to use Cafizio?
No. Cafizio works with standard thermal receipt printers and the built-in printers of supported POS terminals.
Can I keep using the printer I already have?
In most cases, yes — if it is a standard ESC/POS thermal receipt printer. Use Test Print in Printer Settings to confirm.
Which printers work on an iPad?
Wi-Fi/Ethernet (network) printers. USB, Bluetooth and built-in serial printers are available on Android devices.
Can receipts print in Arabic?
Not on thermal printers: they cannot print Arabic characters, so receipts print in English or French.
