   Step 1: Open Employees

   Admin panel›Employees›Add User.

   Step 2: Fill in the basics

   Enter a full name (an Arabic name is optional), a unique username, a password of at least 6 characters, and optionally a phone number and a profile photo.

   Step 3: Give them a PIN

   Choose a 4-digit PIN. Each PIN can be used by only one person; Cafizio tells you if it is already taken.

   Step 4: Pick a role and permissions

   Choose Cashier, Manager or Admin, then switch on only what this person needs: access to settings, managing expenses, salaries or inventory.
