Products live inside categories, so create your categories first. You can add products one by one or import your whole menu from a spreadsheet.

   Step 1: Create categories

Admin panel›Categories›Add Category. Enter the category name in English, an optional Arabic name, and pick an icon.

2. 2

   Step 2: Add a product

Admin panel›Products›Add Product. Enter a name (at least 2 characters), an optional Arabic name, a price greater than zero and a category, which is required. Add a photo if you like — 500 × 500 pixels is recommended.

3. 3

   Step 3: Track stock (optional)

Switch on Track Inventory for a product, then enter its current stock and a Minimum Stock Level. Cafizio will then count stock down as you sell.

4. 4

Step 4: Import many products at once

On the Products page choose Import from Excel, download the template, fill in your items and upload it. Map the columns — Product Name and Price are required — then verify and import. Categories are matched by name and created automatically if they do not exist yet.
