Step 1: Built-in (integrated) printer
For terminals with a built-in printer such as CITAQ or Sunmi devices, choose Integrated Printer. Use Auto Detect, or pick the port and data speed manually under the advanced serial settings.
Step 2: USB printer
Plug in the printer and tap Auto-Detect USB Printer. Approve the USB permission when Android asks.
Step 3: Wi-Fi or Ethernet printer
The printer and the tablet must be on the same network. Enter the printer IP address and port, or search for printers on the network. This works on your local network even when the internet is down.
Step 4: Bluetooth printer
Pair the printer in the Android Bluetooth settings first, then pick it from the list of paired devices in Cafizio.
Step 5: Choose the paper size and test
Select 58, 80 or 110 mm, then press Test Print to confirm that everything works.
Step 6: Choose which tickets print
In Ticket Print Settings choose Customer Ticket, Internal Ticket, or Both (Customer & Internal) (the default). The internal ticket lists the service name, products and total, and is meant for the counter or kitchen.
Step 7: Add a kitchen printer (optional)
In Receipt Settings open Kitchen Printer, enable it and connect a second printer. Internal tickets then print there. Use Test Kitchen Printer to check it, and choose whether prices appear on the kitchen ticket.
