Do this once, from the admin panel, before your first customer. These settings decide how your receipts and cashier screens look and behave.

   Step 1: Receipt Settings

   Enter your Cafe Brand Name (printed at the top of every receipt), an optional Welcome Message and a Footer Message such as “Thank you for your visit!”. You can also add your Wi-Fi name and password, and choose to print a Wi-Fi QR code so customers can join in one scan.

   Step 2: Review links (optional)

   Add your website address and your Google review link. Cafizio prints them as QR codes on the receipt.

   Step 3: Receipt language

   Choose whether printed receipts and reports are in English or French. This is separate from the language of the app screens.

   Step 4: Cash drawer

   Switch on Open Cash Drawer on Print to open the drawer automatically when a receipt prints. In Cashier Settings you can also show a manual Open Cash Drawer button for cashiers.

   Step 5: Cashier Settings

   Decide which extras cashiers see: the Print & Clear button, date pickers in reports, inventory and expenses, and delivery. If you turn on Enable Delivery you can also set a Default Delivery Fee.

   Step 6: Currency and app options

   Use Currency Management to add currencies and set the default. Under Application Settings you can make the app start automatically when the device boots.
